Company Remote Work Policy
- Eligible positions: most technical and management roles
- Full remote: allowed with manager approval
- Hybrid: 2-3 days office, 2-3 days remote
- Core hours: 10 AM - 3 PM in employee’s timezone
- Equipment: company provides laptop and peripherals
- Reimbursement: internet stipend of $50/month
Equipment Setup
- Request equipment through IT
- Laptop with security software
- Monitor and keyboard provided
- VPN client for secure access
- Backup internet connection required
Remote Work Requirements
- Dedicated workspace
- Secure WiFi network
- Quiet environment for calls
- Proper ergonomics
- Stable internet (25+ Mbps)
- Phone line for calls
Security Rules
