Google Drive gives ALCO USA secure cloud storage, file sharing, and real-time collaboration. This guide covers access, file management, sharing, version control, and troubleshooting.

Accessing Google Drive

Web Access

  1. Visit drive.google.com
  2. Sign in with your ALCO USA account
  3. Allow permissions if prompted
  4. The dashboard displays your stored files
  5. Access shared drives and collaboration

Mobile App

  1. Download the Google Drive app
  2. Sign in with your ALCO USA email
  3. View files on mobile
  4. Upload photos or documents
  5. Get offline access to starred files

Computer Sync

  1. Download Google Drive for Desktop
  2. Sign in with your ALCO USA credentials
  3. Select folders to sync
  4. Files appear in your file explorer
  5. Automatic sync with the cloud

File Management

Uploading Files

  • Click New, then File upload
