Accessing Gmail
Web Access
- Go to gmail.com
- Sign in with your ALCO USA email
- Verify two-factor authentication if prompted
- Accept permissions for Google Workspace
- The Gmail interface loads
Mobile Setup
- Download the Gmail app (iOS/Android)
- Add your ALCO USA email account
- Allow the requested permissions
- Enter your password if needed
- The inbox syncs automatically
Desktop Client Setup
- Set up Gmail in your desktop mail client
- Sign in with your ALCO USA credentials
