Getting Started

  1. Open OneNote from Microsoft 365
  2. Create a new notebook or open an existing one
  3. Organize notes into sections and pages
  4. Add tags for quick reference
  5. Share notebooks with your team

Creating & Organizing Notes

  • Notebooks: the main organizational containers
  • Sections: subdivide notebooks by topic
  • Pages: individual notes within sections
  • Subpages: nest pages for detailed organization
