Who Can Place a Hardware Request?**
To prevent unauthorized corporate expenditures, hardware requests are strictly regulated based on role tiers within your organization:
- Standard Staff Members: Can browse the hardware catalog and initiate an upgrade inquiry, which triggers an automated authorization request sent directly to their department head or HR manager.
- Authorized Purchasing Contacts (Admins):Can directly order, reassign, or decommission hardware assets for any employee in the company through the ALCO USA Client Portal.

Navigate to your Client Portal (portal.alcousa.org) and select Service Catalog $\rightarrow$ Request New Hardware. Fill out the user profile, selecting whether this is for a new hire onboarding or a replacement unit for an existing staff member. - Managed Imaging & Provisioning
Once internal company approval is granted, our warehouse provisions the device. We do not ship “off-the-shelf” technology. Our engineers inject your organization’s customized software suite, local network permissions, VPN gateways, endpoint detection responses (EDR), and the ALCO USA Support Agent. - Delivery and Secure Handoff
The device is shipped securely to either your corporate headquarters or directly to a remote employee’s residential address. Inside the package, you will find a dedicated shipping label to return the legacy asset.
Crucial Policy Reminder: Old equipment contains encrypted corporate storage. Per security compliance rules, all replaced hardware must be mailed back to ALCO USA within 14 business days of receiving your new device for certified
