Phase 1: The Discovery & Audit Window (Weeks 1 & 2)
During the first fourteen days of our partnership, our engineering team works quietly in the background to build a comprehensive map of your technology architecture.
Network Mapping: We scan and catalog your office networks, firewalls, switch configurations, and internet service endpoints.
Asset Inventory: We deploy our lightweight management agents across all corporate desktops, laptops, and servers to build an accurate database of your hardware assets.
Security Baseline Review: We review current password policies, cloud access configurations, backup schedules, and antivirus systems to find security vulnerabilities that need immediate attention.
Phase 2: Stabilization & Remediation (Weeks 3 & 4)
Once our audit is complete, we begin bringing your infrastructure up to the ALCO USA Security Baseline. You may notice a few updates during this time:
Software Standardizations: We updates outdated operating systems and ensure enterprise-grade endpoint security software is uniformly installed.
MFA Implementation: If your organization does not currently require Multi-Factor Authentication across all cloud tools, we will help coordinate a controlled rollout to protect your user credentials.
Backup Adjustments: We connect your critical business data to our secure, redundant cloud backup repositories to protect your business from ransomware or hardware failures.
